Vocal
During the last years, I could perform with many vocal ensembles in the cities of the universities I visited. Here is a list of these groups.
- SUNY Binghamton University Chorus and chamber chorus (2008-2010) [Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, Brahms' Requiem, Haendel's Messiah, Rutter's Requiem, Honegger's Roi David, Mendelssohn's Psalm 42, and others]
- UC Berkeley Chamber Chorus (2007) [Britten's Ceremony of Carols, De Victoria's Requiem]
- Coro “Vincenzo Galilei” della Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa (2006-2007) [Mozart's Requiem, Palestrina, Messiaen]
- Akademischer Chor Zürich (2003 - 2006) [Mahler's Second Symphony, Brahms' Requiem, Poulenc's Gloria, Mozart's Kronungsmesse, Beethoven Chorfantasie, Prokofiev's Alexander Nevskj, Mendelssohn's Walpurgisnacht, and others]
- Neuer Zürcher Kammerchor (2004-2006) [Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, Vaughan Williams' Toward the unknown region, Tischhauser's Das Nasobem, and others]
- “Salamander” a-cappella sextet (2005)
Instrumental
It (sadly) happens very rarely to me to have the opportunity to perform instrumental classical music. Some lucky exceptions happened with a clarinet quartet and in duo with Thomas Huber at the cello. However, I do often enjoy playing popular music with the “Bandèla Végia” and the “bandella di Arogno” (see also under bandella). When I was in Zurich I also rather often performed in a more “jazzy” context, mostly with the Polyband Zürich and small combos formed by some of its members.
